HAS/ ASO is a management services employee health care fund administration for company employees and their families who do their own health management (self-insured).


HAS/ ASO Service :

1. Provision of Imcare 177 Provider network

Provider network of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and opticians that collaborates wth Bloe Dot for participants and can use its facilities which spread all over indonesia.

2. Perform contract cooperation administration (maintenance) of Imcare 177 provider network

3. Perform contract cooperation administration (maintenance) of hospitals, clinics, laboraties, pharmacies and opticians for the health of the participants

4. Claim Analyst

Analysis of inpatient and outpatient claims, dentals, laboratory, or maternity

5. Reimbusement Claim Payment

Perform reimbusement claim payment administration directly to company account within 10 working days

6. Claim provider payment

Perform administrative bill payment for health services/ threatments from hospitals ,clinics, dentist

7. Letter of Guarantee Service

Publish inpatient quarantee leter to provider hospital at the moment the participant underwant hospitalization

8. 24 Hours customer service

24 hours call center service for participants and the provider network including public holiday.

9. In hospital monitoring

To monitor and obtain information about the general condition of the participant including diagnosis of disease, time and expenses estimation of threatment if participants underwant inpatient in provider hospital

10. Reporting (standard)

Provide regular claim reports in softcopy per month, yearly
